Free to run. Supercharge by the day.

No subscriptions. Every server is free, hosted by us or on your own hardware. When you want more, Supercharge it with Sparks, a prepaid Tusile credit that anyone in the server can add.

## How Sparks work

- **1 Spark = $0.10.** Sparks are a prepaid Tusile credit. Buy a pack once, no renewal, no card on file for next month.
- **Every server has a wallet.** Any member can add Sparks to it, not only the owner. The whole community can keep its server Supercharged together.
- **Paid one day at a time.** A plan takes its daily Sparks from the server wallet. Starting one needs 7 days of Sparks in the wallet.

We run the server. Create one in the app in seconds: no Docker, no domain, no VPS.

## Self-hosted

Your own hardware, one Docker image, free software. No member cap on joins at any level. Supercharge sets how many members stay in public discovery. Push notifications work at any size on every plan.

- **Spotlight:** your server at the top of server discovery, on a gold animated card.
- **Animated look:** an animated server icon and banner.

## How the wallet works

- **Anyone can chip in.** Every server has its own Sparks wallet and any member can add to it. Every account also has a personal wallet: buy Sparks for yourself and give them to any server you are in.
- **Running dry is not a cliff.** When the wallet runs out, the plan keeps running for 3 days of grace, then stops. It comes back by itself once the wallet covers a week again, plus the grace days it ran unpaid.
- **Nothing goes dark.** When a hosted server's plan stops, it goes back to free hosting with all its members and history.
- **Off whenever you like.** The owner can turn a plan off at any time. It ends at midnight UTC.

## What every server includes, free

Text channels, direct messages, voice and video calls, screen sharing, file uploads, roles and permissions, member management, invite links, server discovery, push notifications.

Every in-app feature works on the free plans. Supercharge adds reach, hardware and flair, not features you need to talk to your friends.

## Refunds

Within 14 days of a purchase, as long as none of its Sparks have been spent or given to a server. Purchases are handled by Stripe, which sends the receipt. ## Uptime

We monitor the fleet and publish a status page (https://tusile.com/status), but hosting is best effort with no SLA and no service credits. If your community needs a guarantee, self-host and it is yours to make.
