Your community. Zero platform risk.
Self-host your community server. Own your data. No bans, no Nitro paywalls, no tracking — pick the member limit that fits.
Why not just use Discord?
Discord can ban your server over a false report or a ToS change. A Tusile server is yours — no one can take it down but you.
Messages, files, and voice stay on your infrastructure. No third party mines your conversations, sells your community's data, or trains AI on your members' chats.
Every feature — voice, video, screen share, file uploads, roles — is included at every tier. No one needs to buy anything extra.
One license per server. No per-member subscription creep. Your costs stay predictable as your community grows from 25 to 2,500.
Each community server you host requires its own license.
Your tier determines how many members can join and the max file upload size. Everything else is identical.
Voice, video, screen share, roles, files — every tier gets everything. No upsells.

Frequently asked questions
What is a license?
A license is a member-count and upload-limit entitlement for one self-hosted community server. Every license includes all Tusile features — voice, video, screen share, roles, file uploads, and more. Tiers differ by member limit and file upload size.
How does billing work?
License subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your license at any time from your server settings.
Can I run multiple servers?
Yes. Each server needs its own license. You can mix and match tiers — for example, a free Party license for a small private server and a Guild license for your main community.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are allowed as long as your current member count doesn't exceed the target license's member limit — remove members first if needed.
What happens when my license subscription expires?
Your server enters a 7-day grace period where everything works normally. After that, new joins, voice, video, and file uploads are disabled for 23 more days. After 30 days, the server becomes read-only. Renewing at any point restores full functionality. Members are never kicked.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account gets a 30-day free trial of the Guild license (up to 250 members). A payment method is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost. Each account gets one trial.
Do you offer refunds?
Contact support within 7 days of a charge for a full refund. Partial-month refunds are handled case by case.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Regional payment methods may be available depending on your location.
How is member count calculated?
Member count is the total number of users who have joined your community server. This includes all members regardless of activity level.
Can I self-host for free?
Yes. The Party license is free forever for up to 25 members. Download the Docker image and run it on your own hardware.
