What this covers

Tusile Core is accounts, login, server discovery and billing. Free hosting is the shared server behind free hosted communities. Managed hosting is the paid tier, where each community gets its own server.

A self-hosted community server is not covered here and never can be: it runs on hardware we have no access to. If yours is down, that is between you and your box.

What we promise

Best effort, and that is stated plainly rather than buried. Managed hosting carries no uptime guarantee, no SLA and no service credits, which is what an honest $6 a month buys. We monitor the fleet, we take routine backups, and you can download a full copy of your community whenever you like. If your community needs a contractual guarantee, self-host and the guarantee is yours to make.
