To help us reproduce and fix the issue quickly, please include:
- App version (Settings → About).
- Platform and OS version (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Web).
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened.
- Screenshots or a short screen recording if applicable.
- Server type: hosted or self-hosted (and domain if self-hosted).
