Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tusile — including the Tusile mobile and desktop apps, the web app at app.tusile.com, and the Tusile Core hosted services (account management, server discovery, licensing). By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country) to use Tusile. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access to your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Do not impersonate others or create fake accounts.
• One person may not maintain more than one account for the purpose of evading a ban or restriction.
• You may delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data after deletion.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Tusile to:

• Post, share, or transmit content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or sexually exploitative of minors.
• Distribute malware, spam, or any content intended to harm others' devices or accounts.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any server, account, or system.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract data from Tusile services in ways not permitted by these Terms or our API documentation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you post (messages, files, images). By posting content through Tusile Core services (e.g. profile information, content visible through server discovery), you grant Tusile a limited, royalty-free licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not moderate content on self-hosted community servers — that responsibility belongs to the server owner. We do not endorse any user-generated content.

5. Self-hosted servers and licensing

Tusile community servers are operated by independent third parties ("server owners"), not by Tusile. Server owners are responsible for their servers' content, moderation, and compliance with applicable laws.

To operate a community server connected to Tusile Core, server owners must hold a valid Tusile server license appropriate for their member count. Licenses are subject to separate license terms. Operating a server beyond its licensed member limit or sharing license keys is prohibited.

6. Tusile Core services

Tusile Core provides account management, server discovery, and license validation. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Tusile Core at any time. Where practicable we will provide advance notice of significant changes.

7. Intellectual property

The Tusile name, logo, app, and website are owned by Tusile (Karol Rzotki). Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not use our name or logo without prior written permission, except as needed to truthfully describe the software you are using.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tusile and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by law. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are material we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g. via the app or email). Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
